Richard Ketcher was born and raised in Arkansas. He has deep family roots in Arkansas and is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys fishing, boating, camping, floating, and deer and duck hunting; and pretty much anything the wilderness provides. He has spent many summers on family farms and Arkansas lakes, which makes him accustomed to nothing unique features a property may have.
