This farm has operated as a fully functioning minnow farm for over 30 years, consistently yielding a good minnow crop annually. Currently, the farm is leased out to a local producer who would continue operations if desired by a new owner.

Additionally, this farm is strategically located in a prime area for waterfowl hunting. Positioned just 1.5 miles east of Bayou Deview, Benson Creek Natural Area, and the Cache River Refuge, the property is surrounded by well-known duck hunting properties. With its proximity to these areas, the property could easily be converted and managed for duck hunting purposes. During the viewing, several diving ducks and teal were observed on the property.

It's worth noting that the seller's father ran a duck hunting camp on the land years ago before leasing it to a minnow farmer.
