Robert Eason is the Owner and Principal Broker of Arkansas Land Company, proudly licensed in both Arkansas and Mississippi. A lifelong outdoorsman and land specialist, Robert began his real estate career in 2009 shortly after earning his degree in Agribusiness Marketing and Management from the University of Arkansas’s Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences.

Since then, Robert has built a full-time career rooted in real estate sales and farm management. His transactional experience spans a wide range of property types—from waterfront cabins on Maddox Bay to large-scale row crop operations and premier recreational and hunting tracts across the state. In addition to sales, Robert actively manages a diverse portfolio of farm and recreational properties, including Prairie Cypress Farms (1,000 acres), LaRoche Family Farms (4,000 acres), Elsie Farms (3,500 acres), Southfork Timberlands (1,010 acres), and several others.

Robert is also the President of Eason LaRoche Holdings Inc., a land investment and development firm responsible for creating some of Arkansas’s most successful recreational developments. These include Big Slash Hunting Club (2,600 acres in Monroe County) and Blue Creek Hunting Club (1,600 acres in Jackson County). Eason LaRoche Holdings currently owns Prairie Cypress Farm and Lodge, a premier 1,000-acre property that blends row crop production with managed waterfowl habitat and flooded timber.

Before entering real estate, Robert spent over a decade working as a professional waterfowl guide. His firsthand knowledge of duck behavior and seasonal migrations has become a unique asset for clients interested in Arkansas's rich waterfowl regions. Robert’s deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and practical land knowledge make him an invaluable partner for anyone looking to invest in property in the Natural State.

In his free time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, and sharing time in the outdoors with family and friends. He is a Diamond Life Member of the National Wild Turkey Federation, a Life Sponsor of Ducks Unlimited, and an active supporter of Delta Waterfowl, Quail Unlimited, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
