Landowners, Inc., providing the purchaser with an equity position in approximately 850± acres in Arkansas
County, Arkansas. The property is situated in Sections 25, 35 and 36, Township 6 South, Range 2 West.
Offered at $550,000, the offering consists of one share of stock in Siems Landowners, Inc., representing a
1/8 ownership interest in the corporation and the rights and privileges associated with that ownership.
PREMIER DEER & TURKEY HUNTING PROPERTY
Siems Club is primarily a deer and turkey hunting property, offering approximately 850 acres of
diverse bottomland habitat in an exceptional recreational setting. The property is dominated by
mature bottomland hardwood timber, with an extensive network of sloughs, natural openings,
travel corridors and transition areas providing excellent habitat for whitetail deer and turkey.
The size and layout of the club allow members to hunt and manage a substantial tract rather than being limited

the White River reaches higher levels and water moves into the club’s sloughs and bottomland

OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
This offering is structured as an equity sale rather than the conveyance of a specific portion of
the property. The purchaser acquires one share of corporate stock representing a 1/8 ownership
interest in Siems Landowners, Inc. No specific tract of land is conveyed by deed.
The transfer is subject to the corporation’s existing shareholder agreement, including rights of first refusal
and purchaser-approval requirements. Closing will be conducted by a licensed Arkansas attorney.
