The Plum Bayou Farm consists of 182.79 total acres located west of England, AR off of Hunter Road. The northern boundary line is plum bayou. The bayou offers surface irrigation for the 153 acres of fertile farmland. The farmland consists of both silt and clay loam soils suitable for wheat, rice, soybeans, corn and cotton. This farm has one relift accompanied with underground pipe allowing adequate water for irrigating the entire farm. The farm is currently rented on a 80/20% share that expires at the end of 2022.
