Ask Robert Eason
Located on the Monroe and Phillips County line, the Lambert Farm consists of 464 +/- total acres of tillable farmland and duck hunting timber. The Phillips County Farm Service Agency says the farm consists of 345.36 acres of tillable ground most of which is irrigated by 4 wells along with underground piping. The soils are a mix of Silt Loam and Silty Clay. The 2022 crop consisted of corn and soybeans. The current farm lease is a cash rent but expires December of 2022 allowing a new owner to negotiate their own rent structure. The remaining acreage is a mix of bottomland timber, open ponds/bar pits, sloughs and excellent duck habitat. This area of the farm is currently leased for duck hunting. In its entirety, this property adjoins the White River levee and the White River National Wildlife Refuge. This allows direct access into some of the most coveted public hunting areas in America.
