Big deer, incredible views, easy access, and close proximity to Hot Springs make this a highly attractive property. This tract is located in Garland County just off Highway 7 at the end of Quarry Mountain Road. Other than the last 1/4-1/2 mile it is all paved road access that leads to the gate which is the only access to the property creating privacy and seclusion. There are great roads throughout the property that can be traveled by truck, Jeep, or ATV. The pipleline that runs through the property creates excellent bow and rifle hunting opportunities. Your eastern and southern neighbor is the Arkansas Forestry Commission which does not allow hunting. The property is in Zone 13 which includes a very long rifle and muzzleloader season plus is not in the CWD zone. The mineral rights do not convey and are owned by a company that has mined novaculite in the past for use in making Cabela's branded whetstones among other brand names. The mine is roughly 150 yards long by 50 yards wide and has not been accessed since November 2018. Prior to that the owner's state the mine would be accessed only once or twice per year. Taxes are only approximately $207/year. For more information on this recreational retreat contact Kevin Keen at (870)215-1185.
