Located at the intersection of highway 70 and highway 17, this farm is easy to get to and you can see most of it from the highway. This farm is just west of Brinkley, Arkansas and is only a mile from the Cache River Wildlife Refuge and Dagmar Wildlife Refuge. This farm is irrigated with one 60hp electric well that is connected to underground pipe with a riser. This well is more than capable of irrigating rice with ample amounts of ground water in this area. The farm is in a rice and soybean rotation. The property is currently leased to a good farmer who would continue to farm if needed. The soils consist of Jackport silty clay loam and Dewitt silty loam.
