Cody Hawkins is an Arkansas native with deep roots in agriculture and rural communities. Born in Conway and raised in Mount Vernon, Cody graduated from Mount Vernon-Enola High School before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business from Arkansas State University.
Growing up in rural Arkansas gave Cody an early appreciation for agriculture, land, and the outdoors. Today, he continues that connection as a landowner with his own farm in Mount Vernon. His agricultural education and firsthand experience owning and managing land give him a practical understanding of the qualities that matter when evaluating rural property.
With connections throughout the Natural State and a strong knowledge of Central Arkansas and the surrounding region, Cody works with buyers and sellers of farms, hunting and recreational properties, timberland, and rural acreage. He understands that every property and every landowner has different goals, and he takes the time to understand what his clients are looking to accomplish.
