This would be a great spot to own for a recreational retreat as the property is only about a mile from Lake Des Arc WMA that offers both fishing and hunting. Mike Freeze Wattensaw WMA is also only about 12 Miles South of the property. Lastly, this property is only 4.2 Miles from a public launch into the White River.
